Unlike many other platforms that charge up to one third of your booking fee, we only charge 8.5% of the price you charge your customer. This allows you to keep more profits in your business.
How do we get paid and the duration?
You will be paid directly to your bank account or to your Nomal Wallet Account. For credit card payments, you receive your funds two days after the transaction is finalized.
How will customers find me?
Nomal has a website and a Mobile App for our network of customers. Customers will look for your service in the app and find you once you are listed. The App allows you to expand the network of customers you get exposed to.
Is there a monthly fee to be paid?
Unlike other services that charge a monthly fee, there is NO MONTHLY FEE charged by Nomal. Your discounted annual subscription is all you need to pay each year. So be sure to lock in this low annual fee before it goes up.
How do I upload my products for my store?
Loading many products individually can be very time consuming. We have a process for assisting you with uploading your items in bulk. You will be assigned an Upload Support Specialist to assist with the process.
How long before my business goes live?
Your business can go live within hours of your registration. Just follow the simple steps we shared earlier and you will be approved by your Support Team and ready to go!!
Is there customer support?
YES!! There is AWESOME Customer Support available in the Nomal App. Apart from the in-app support, we also provide WhatsApp support at 876-773-1210 and email support at nomalonline@gmail.com.
Do I set my own prices?
Yes you will absolutely set your own prices. Set your price so that you take into account the 8.5% service fee that you would pay to the platform. You are in full control of your prices.
